Taylor Physical Therapy and Wellness is a small, woman-owned pelvic floor therapy business seeking comprehensive social media strategy to enhance its online presence, engage with a wider audience and ultimately grow their client base.

The Audit

Visual Audit
I conducted an evaluation of Taylor’s visual identity opportunities of consistency and effectiveness across all platforms and materials.

The process involved examining their logos, color, typography, imagery, and overall design aesthetic to determine whether it aligns with their core values and messaging.

Posting + Content Audit
The posting and content audit looked for opportunities where the content could be more relevant, effective, and aligned with the brand’s goals.

By reviewing the existing content, I could identify whats resonating with her audience and what wasn’t, allowing me to refine the strategy and improve engagement.

The Strategy

Visual Standards
A visual brand standard was the first piece of the social strategy. Taylor needed a consistent and recognizable identity for the brand to ensure consistency and build brand recognition.

The brand's visual standard included: logos, color, typography, and imagery standards that convey a unified message and reflects the brand's values and personality.

Content Strategy
Our content strategy was centered around every post serving a purpose, whether it's to increase brand awareness, drive traffic, or foster community engagement. Together we created posting pillars in which our content calendar would be created. By planning the content in advance, we could maintain consistency in messaging and posting frequency to help build brand awareness.

This also provided a framework for measuring success, allowing for adjustments and improvements based on analytics and feedback.

Content Creation

Pillar 1: Education
Show our audience why they should care

Pillar 2: Entertainment
Distract our audience from the rest of the noise

Pillar 3: Promotional
Tell our audience what it is we do

Pillar 4: Conversational
Make our audience feel seen and included
